FAG Induction Heating Devices Heater - Uses high frequency to heat the bearings instead of heating with flames and maybe damage the bearing. The heater has a timer which prevents the bearing for overheating.
Heater 20 is designed to be portable. It only weighs 14 kg, so it is easy to move around from places you need it in.
The induction heating device can also be used for other purposes such as gears or pulleys and is a good investment for several purposes.
Lubrication To en sure a long life for a bearing, then lubrication is a must. FAG/Schaeffler has a strict eye on the lubrication of the bearings which are delivered from them.
The various lubrication FAG/Schaeffler can deliver are as follows:
- Multi Grease: All round lubrication
- Heavy Duty: For bearings in heavy industry which demands hi-load
- High Temperature: For the bearing that is working a very warm environment
- Special Grease: For special purposes
